1. Zero-Knowledge Private Key Architecture
Polymarket Bot is engineered on a strict zero-knowledge, non-custodial principle. The client software processes cryptographic private keys exclusively within your local workstation's volatile RAM. Your private keys, mnemonics, and seed phrases are never transmitted, logged, or accessible by our servers.
2. Telemetry & Analytics Data Collection
On our web portal, we collect anonymized diagnostic telemetry to optimize Core Web Vitals and platform availability:
- IP Masking: User IP addresses are automatically anonymized before logging.
- PII Scrubbing: Any query parameters containing emails or user identifiers are stripped and irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 client-side.
- Consent Mode v2: Google Analytics 4 tags remain completely uninitialized until explicit opt-in is granted via the GDPR Cookie Banner.
3. Data Retention Policy
Aggregated analytics logs are automatically purged after 14 months. Customer support correspondence sent to [email protected] is retained for a maximum of 180 days for audit trail purposes.
