The software operates locally on the user's personal computer and connects directly to decentralized protocols (Polygon, Polymarket CLOB). The Company is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or exchange. The software does not take custody of user funds at any time.
2. No Guarantee of Profits or Past Performance
Any historical performance statistics displayed on this website, including but not limited to the performance metrics of trader profile aswfadq1555 (+$262,402 PnL), represent historical on-chain records and do not constitute a promise, representation, or warranty of future performance. Trading algorithms can experience losses due to changing market conditions, liquidity shifts, and counterparty behavior.
3. Algorithmic and Operational Risks

- Blockchain Congestion: High gas price volatility or node latency spikes on the Polygon network may delay transaction settlement or order cancellations.
- Oracle & Settlement Risk: Binary markets rely on decentralized oracles (e.g. UMA) or official data feeds. In the event of an oracle dispute or delay, settlement can be temporarily halted or disputed.
- Local Hardware & Connectivity: The software relies on continuous broadband connectivity and local CPU availability. Disconnections can interrupt automated hedging routines.
